    Wow, the time will come before you know it. I know, you already know this. This is a great time to learn and practice all you can for the real thing. Like practic eating a little less food, taking sips of water, and gaining alot of info from this site. I am saving a spot on the BIG LOSER'S BENCH right next to me. Can't wait till you get here!

    I hope to get to that mindset soon, Its almost like theres supposed to be something more to do, but there isn't. I've been eating like I should, watching water/drink intake, sleeping enough hours. Because of my weight I never worried about fashion, looking at racks of thin clothes always going to the XL sizes, but now there are a few tops I had gotten that are L and they fit! Congratulations girl, I'm right behind you

    They do make sub-lingual biotin. It just melts under your tongue. You can get it at health food stores.

    When was the last time you got filled? Of you follow the rules and exercise you should be losing... I think you should see your doctor. Good luck

    Repeat After Me....

    Never eat anything mindlessly! I'm one month post op with a little fill from the surgery and I start eating a hard boiled egg while checking my emails at work. Start eating the 2nd one & all of a sudden I've got a elephant sitting on my chest! Holy cow! I've read many times about getting stuck, eating too fast, too much, not paying attention. BUT, try this one time & it will get your attention so fast that you don't know what to do. Pain, yes, breathing, okay, walking, sure. Then the hiccups start. Never had that before! Five minutes hiding in the bathroom at work with really loud hiccups. So once again, no mindless eating for those of you like me that multi-task everything. I'm now okay, but I think I'll pass on the eggs for awhile. Don't want the hubby calling me a woofer (As in woofing down my food cause I'm hungry first thing in the morning).

    I love the parrot picture! We have one in the neighborhood and he screams like someone is killing him LOL! Thank God he's far away where I don't have to hear it everyday LOL!

    Gym=No Weight Loss

    Remember that muscle weighs more than fat. However, the biggest culprit is water. By working out, you are tearing down muscle and rebuilding it. During this process, muscles will retain water. Give it some time - probably 4-5 weeks. Your body will adjust and then you'll be surprised at how it will begin to come off, even if you have to take a week or two off from exercising.
