I weighed this morning and was at 298 also! I was so excited to be in the 2 hundreds again... haha... can't wait 'til onderland! I still can't believe they only gave you tylonol at one point in the hospital... that must've been miserable. I'm pretty sure draining the progresso soups is counted as clear liquids. My nutrition class said that was fine. I hope you get to feeling better soon!! -

Wow, 16 days and you are eating food? I can't even move out of the clear liquid stage until the 27th and I had my surgery the past Monday the 12th. But when I am able to, I am going to enjoy every second! Just think, you will be the only one out of your friends to lose weight over the holidays! Good luck! -

GREAT advice. Thank you for posting! I think a lot of people are searching searching searching for answers is a fear of failure. Looking for ways to guarantee we won't fail. But you answered it: listening and following the instructions of the surgical team and doing the work required of us is a good recipe for success no matter where we're coming from. -
