Sending positive thoughts your way! Please hang in there....70lbs is amazing! Eating healthy and exercise is our new way of life. Keep up the good work!!! Have you tried keeping a food journal or keeping track of what types of foods are making you sick? Specific time of day you should avoid certain types of foods?
I absolutely LOVE this site and have been using it for years. The recipes and pictures are outstanding. It helped me significantly when I was on WW and is still a go-to for recipes. I plan to use it post op as well hopefully
Oh and have you ever taken a big gulp of something and had a piece of ice go down your throat? And it sorta gets stuck and hurts like hell until it melts? That's the pain!
I didn't right away but my breakdown was at day 3. In all honesty days 2 and 3 were the worst for me. By day 5 I felt good and by day 8 I felt fairly back to normal. I'm 6 months out now and think its the best decision I've ever made. Give it time, you will adjust. Good luck hun
I just made pizza for my kids and wanted to cry because I wanted to eat so bad!! I actually licked the sauce off my fingers...shameful I know! Im one week out as well, and I know how you feel! But we can do this, right?? Right???
