hi i'm candy i live in san diego right now i'm at work looking at the wonderful progress you have made in your weight loss journey. i'm not much of a typist by the way :) well im kind of in the early stages of this journey i'm just getting started hopefully soon i'll be going for my next four appointments w/ the surgen,psychologist,anesthesiologist,and dietician. pls keep posting it is so encouraging thnks and may God bless you

wow. can i say wow again??? thats not even the same person!!!! You were pretty to begin with but now you are a knockout. Great job and you are an inspiration. You have motivated me to get my butt in gear and excercise.

Your pictures are inspiring. The difference in your face from 270 lbs to 240 lbs is incredible. Then to see the collage from 344 to 224.... That's about where I started, but I'm not anywhere near 244... (I'm 250). I would have been discouraged, but your caption, "Exercise + Lap Band = -120lbs.... That's says alot, and really made me own up to what I have not been willing or strong enough to commit to - a serious and maintainable exercise regimen. That's about to change... I'll let you know how it’s going.

Congratulations! You are doing so great. What type of exercise are you doing? Mainly cardio? IF so what? Or are you doing weight training as well?
