Richardson 1 Posted May 19, 2009 Very well Done! How much on average do you think you lost a month? will you leave the band in? and will you leave it unfilled if you dont have it removed? kgloverii 0 Posted May 20, 2009 Dawn... I lost about 6-8 pounds per month on average... it was slow and steady. My band is never coming out. It still has a very good fill in it. If you take the band or fill out, you'll gain the weight back. Share this comment Link to comment
