MicheleYB 0 Posted August 9, 2009 Saf: I started Post op at 305#. I now weight 127#. You can do this!! But remember, your band is just a tool; you have to do the work. You have to follow the rules!! But if you're ready, then it will work for you!! As far as the skin, I have had about 5 lbs of skin removed from my lower stomach; insurance did cover that for me because I was getting severe infections. I still have a lot of skin on my stomach, legs, and arms; which I will obviously have to pay for; but it's a save up and do as I can thing. But the next thing I'll have done is my arms; but that's a year or more down the road as it will cost about $6000.00; but I deserve it!! Michele Share this comment Link to comment
