latido 178 Posted July 5, 2014 I cooked beans with chicken and taco seasoning. It totaled to 4.5 grams of protein for 2 ounces of puree. I added 2 oz of shredded cheese and 1 tablespoon guacamole (1/2 gram of protein) and my lunch totaled to 13 grams of protein! Share this comment Link to comment
