kevincampar 0 Posted December 29, 2008 Congratulations on taking the first step. Its always the hardest. Now its done and your life with continue to grow. As you lose weight people will be amazed and stunned (and in some cases jealous) that you are able to lose weight. Never lose sight of the fact that we have to work at keeping on losing weight.
