DanaL 118 Posted July 7, 2013 I didn't really follow a program. I always made sure to get at least 70g of protein and 100oz of water in EVERY day. Whenever I hit a stall lasting longer than 2-3 weeks I went back to liquids for a few days. The only carbs I eat are in my protein shakes, otherwise zero carbs. Trying to balance exercise and calories was hard for me so I haven't really exercised much other than walking. Share this comment Link to comment
