1 yr after making decision to have surgery (March 2012/March 2013)

The picture on the left is the picture that made my final decision real, I knew I had to do something. The one of the right is exactly one year later. (no I didnt grow, my daughter isnt wearing her heels lol) BEST DECISION EVER - Thank you Dr Carlin (Henry Ford Hospital) :-)
