9 months out 140 pounds down

Wow! you look great! Im so discouranged right now. Wishing I had not done it. I was sleeved 3-7-2013. I feel very deprived. I look at pictures and try to see it can come for me too! I just dont know what to eat or when I can exercise. Im always weak. I still have not gone back to work and its been over 3 weeks. Im afraid. Any offering of supposrt would be great! Looks like you have done it! and done a great job!

Honestly, I would have guessed your weight about 160 now! You look great and it's amazing how much you have lost so quickly. Congrats to you!!!!
