This was me just 3 months ago at approx 207 lbs with a BMI of 34.4

At this time I was a smoker and a drinker, asthmatic, borderline diabetic, with high blood pressure and high cholesterol

To me, this is what Happiness looks Like on the outside when in fact you are truly unhappy with yourself on the inside.
