THx, I am actually a whopping 4"11. I really haven't been working out as much lately as when I first had the surgery done. My goal going into the fall is to start lifting weights just to tone up. I am already 10lbs under my goal weight and I dont think I want to be any smaller. Thx a bunch for the compliment.

Wow you are truly an inspiration! I was wondering how tall you were...I am 5 feet and 1/2 inch...LOL. I weigh 211 pounds and will be sleeved next week. You have inspired me not to chicken out...

Awesome Kia. I was 213 when I started and I am now 130. So celebrate cause a year from now you will have your own picture that looks like mine. I can't wait to comment on it.

Your arms look like you work out all the time! My elephant arms are dimple-ly and flabby...I'm afraid of loose skin on my arms and other places post surgery and significant weight loss but that is a small penalty compared to staying morbidly obese! My surgery is 8.21.12...you've made me very excited!!!

@ Jrzydva is suggest that you start working out as soon as you can after surgery and to be honest I don't work out all the time but I am a dancer and have always been even when I was heavy and I think that helped out alot with toning. I am still a work in progress but thank God I am not where I use to be. I am excited for you and I can't wait to read your success story a year from now!!!!!
