I usually start with 3.5 - 4 miles (within 35-40 minutes) on the elliptical & then hit weights for another 30-40 minutes hitting different muscle groups every day. I also rotate between light weight high rep fat burn sets & heavy weight fewer reps muscle build from week to week. Share this comment Link to comment
