Pre surgery photo

This is a photo of me in the summer of 2009. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I weighed 307 lbs. My BMI was 44. I was determined to lose weight and I took this photo from my desk-top computer with the notion in mind that this would be my "before" picture.
