These are some jars I made (got the idea off of pinterest) as a visual encouragement for my weight loss. For each pound I lose I will place one marble into the "pounds lost" jar. feel free to use and share this idea if you want!

I saw this on Pinterest, too. Your's looks way simpler, though. Are those just adhesive letters? Man, I could probably buy all this stuff at Dollar Tree!
