caramellyregina 1 Posted March 15, 2011 Ohhh Goodness i love your new shape.....we are similar in curves and i love that.....so how much have u lost and how long did it take??i was banded on 2-28-11 and i really haven't been a good girl on liquid diet food...but still doing the mommy long day thirty min meals like hamburger helper with turkey meat and a small portion but is that kind of behavior a bad start plus i have been hitting the gym 4x to walk on the treadmill for at least thrity min...???any tips????help please Share this comment Link to comment
