How much had you lost from the before to the last one?

Thanks I loved Ireland my second trip there, hope to make a 3rd when I am thin LOL I have lost about 35 lbs. I was 250 in 2006 and went down to 199 then back up to 230 now down to 194. I was about 230 in this photo.
