November was a slow progress month. Down 25 lbs total, but thank God the scale is still moving in the right direction.

Just had my 3rd fill. Now at 7 cc's. I can truly tell the difference. I think I may be in the "green zone" as hours can pass before I realize that I need to eat. Hopefully next month will result in major progress !!!
