Thanks!! 50 pounds to go but if I don't lose another pound I am content with what I have accomplished.

There's no need to wait fatboy98. You can get a head start. I lost 95 pounds in prep for my band.

Take your usual servings at dinner and throw a spoonful or 2 away before you sit down to eat. Small things like this will make a difference.
