Post-op pic, surg was 06/29/10 have lost 35 lb, 17lb pre-op, started at 295 now 260,07/17/10

You can do it..I too started at 279 and was banded 2/23/10, today i am at 217, down 62 lbs. The first month was the hardest since you do not have a fill. Once you get your first few fills, and you follow the rules, you will see it is all worth it. God Bless... m-
