HAHAHA no workouts..other then chasing after my 4 kids and horseback riding. That has become my new hobby since I have lost weight. I bought 2 horses and I ride several times a week. You wouldn't think it was a work out..but it is....if you do it right.

you look amazing! One of the reasons I'm so apprehensive about having this procedure is the fact that I'm so afraid of the "surgery skin" it's not funny. I don't see that at all here- what's your secret?

Nothing..I started out at 264...and have given birth to 4 children..(a set of twins in that mix) My saving grace I think is that I have lost it slow....but don't kid yourself I still have saggy skin...at 38 and mother of 4 I will always have that...don't be afraid...what's worse being over weight with that skin or having lost the weight and having a few sags here and there...

I was banded on June of 08. I just had my 2 year bandaniversary.
