Telly 4 Posted August 16, 2010 I worked out 6 days per week 45min to 2hours per day. Sometimes 7 days per week. Sweat jackets while jogging, mountain biking and went to Gold's Gym. Whatever it took is what I did. Share this comment Link to comment
