pvtash61 1 Posted February 3, 2009 Wow, you look so good, you have to be so proud of yourself! Tell, me did you work on your arms, they look pretty good after that amt of weight loss. I have 77 lbs to loose, and my arms are so big, always have been. What do you recommend to not have too much loose skin there?? I started the journey this past month the 21st.
