Teacher07 3 Posted January 23, 2010 The weight loss really varied but 50lbs was lost in the first 3 months. The rest SLOWLY came off. I do 4 plus times a week alternating aerobics class, step class, core strength and weight training. I am now working on accomplishing a 5K so I am running up to 2 miles a day.
