haven't seen yall in the chat room in a long time. Glad yal are doing good!!

I know I have been very slack! I have hit a plateau with the weight loss I have lost about 62lbs but have another 120 to go! Im getting a little fed up but its the new year and Im becoming more focused as we have moved to a new area and have just settled in so now i can concentrate on me! I hope you are doing well! take care Ill be away now for 10 days going to fiji so Ill pop in when I get back! say hi to everyone for me
