1st pic taken on 12/15/09 (7 days before surgery) 2nd pic taken 12/29/09 (7 days after surgery) Not sure how much I have lost thus far. It's not so noticeable, but everyone I know has commented that they can tell. I just can't wait til I can. =)

Way to go! How long were you in the hospital?

It really starts to show up in your face first! Just keep it up, you will have to apply yourself with a nice high protein and low carb diet for awhile. As of yesterday, I had lost 60 lbs in five months. I really love having the band as my tool, I feel like we are in a partnership. You will be looking good in a couple of months you will need new clothes and underwear too!!~~lol! Keep in touch! Good luck!

This site has been such an inspiration. There are no support groups around Hickville... so I am thankful there are people out there who know what I am going through.
