MsFab1988 275 Posted October 22, 2010 thanks guys..Cellen, you are doing great...Losing 20 pounds is better then gaining 20 pounds...I've been banded for 1 year and 4 months and I am down 60 pounds...60 pounds may sound little but its a big difference on my body..So take your time and let ur body adjust to the weight loss..Good luck! :thumbup: Share this comment Link to comment
