You are a true inspiration and I agree with kcweir I love to look at your journey when I am feeling negative because it always reminds why I am doing this. I cant believe how tiny you are! You look fab. Well done. You have also answered my question about long term weight loss with the band. I think most of us have lost weight, its the keeping it off thats the trick.
