Okay you look amazing, how did you get your thighs and abs to transform so much. I do a lot of resistance on my arms but my goodness your is out this world. How long did it take you to get to goal?

I never had thigh lifts, only a tummy tuck, but the TT was much later than these photos

mountain biking mostly, then squats, dead lifts and leg press. Adductor and Abductor machine *yes no machine*
