again u can c the the skin hanging from my arm...u can c exactly where it needs to b cut off...its no longer fat...but actual skin..it looks like my arm has been deflated...i'll still take the hanging skin over a 296 pound body!!!!!!!

Do u plan to have the skin removed? I have big arms now and I was worried about that. Did you do any arm exercises while losing the weight?

You look amazing!!! I honestly made my decision from looking at your progress! You mentioned in one of your pics about your hair, did you experience hair loss? I'm a little worried about that.
