congrats, it will keep coming off pretty fast in the beganing as long as you follow your diet plan and make sure to excersize because i will tell you, creating a habit in excersize was the main thing i struggled with that held me back from loosing the weight sooner and i also have a lot more work to do now in order to tighten my skin back up. Keep up the good work! =]]

Mamabutercup does look great!!!!! But thank you for your input on stressing the importance of exercise; that is my BIGGEST hurdle!!!!!! thank you for sharing......I want to lose a noticeable amount of weight within that same time frame of 3-6 mths!!!!!
