These are the last the pictures that took. M?ncora, Per? 2011. I was totally shocked at how fat at how I've allowed myself to get. I look at these pictures and they give me motivation to keep on track.

Before LapBand David Updated
These are a collection of pics. I basically weighed my highest in 2001 at 364. I lost 20 lbs and maintained until 2009 when I went on a diet and dropped to 283 my lowest since a teen. I rocked back up to 328.4. Until the day of my surgery.... these pics are those days.
