Before Photo

If I look miserable, it's because I am.  The day before this, I stepped wrong off of a 6 inch drop and broke my left ankle and sprained my right ankle at the same time. I didn't know this yet. There was no way I was going to miss my first appointment for this weight loss program. After this appointment,  I went for x-rays and got my walking cast. I will soon be posting my 1 year later photo. At one year I will be 4 months post surgery.
