Before & During

Day before Oct '15 surgery.

During was taken a couple years later....a year or two before a difficult life event knocked me down and stomped my ass....for the past few years.

Last couple months have been a slow return to living beyond just work, sleep, rinse & repeat.

Back into the good post op habits.   Dropped the not so good habits.  A few months from my 10th year sleeve anniversary....more pics then...in  the same clothes.
