I had my LB 11-09-08, very disappointed in my last weigh in that I'd actually gained 3 pounds. How is that for working out in the gym every other day. I was adamant about my working out, mixing cardio with strength training. Now Its been a week of
"NO GYM" I'm just sitting it out!
what to do? the constant cravings for sweet is kicking my &ss
