I tried really hard back in 2005-06 to lose weight. It was one of many tries to lose weight and keep it off.

After (June 2006): A lot of working out and moderate dieting. I have to admit that I was also taking Mua huang (caffeine), CAUTION: Ephedrine pills are dangerous and I've had heart palpitations and complications from prolonged usage.
