Itsanewdaycassandra pre surgery to month 3

I had a dear friend of mine at work take pictures to track my progress and today was the 1st time that I saw the pictures and how far I have come in the past 3 months. My starting pre surgery weight was 287 and I am now 236.6 5olbs down so far!
