Taken in the late 1990's, I was always considered a "Big Guy". If only I knew that my weight would lead to health problems. As usual, I was on some sort of diet, but I only achieved shot-term success.

During the 1990's, I often flew with my brother, a LAPD pilot, on night patrol over the skies of Los Angeles. In the back of my mind, I often wondered it my weight would upset the delicate balance of the helicopter.

My best friend is a performer in Las Vegas, and performs nightly in a magic/comedy show. She is use to being photographed, and when I visit her, she always insist on me being part of the picture.

My "Options" class consisted of about 30 participants.
