Hi, I,m loving this sight . I,m all new to this. Have learned a lot since yesterday. You people are so brave. I am an old chick !! 63 Are there any others around my age takeing the leap ? I haven,t yet but am seriously considering it. Hopeing age isn,t too big a factor. I,m looking at living a little longer & enjoying the ride !!

Hello, I just turned 61 on Jan 17 and was banded on Jan 28. It's never too late !!! Haven't regreted one minute on my decision. I feel so much better already. I have at least 100 lbs to go, have lost 35 lbs so far. My Dr does his fills a little at a time so my weight loss I feel is a little slower than alot of people, But 35 lbs is great and I'm not complaining:thumbup: So just go for it, you won't be sorry. Take the leap !!!! Paula

paulawally, Thanks for the comments. I just want to know I'm not the only BOOMER going for this.I like the " little slower " part. I'm all for inching into this. Just need a little more courage. Thanks !!
