182.2

For the past two weeks or so, I have been at or about 182 lbs. I want so very badly to be in the 170's. :smile2:

I know this is a journey...I am not going to give up. I am going to put my metabolism in gear. I haven't been walking as much, so I am going to increase my activity again. Also, I need to drink my water too! So...let's see how those two goals work for me!

This is just a suggestion have you ever tried liquid B12 for me it gave me such a boost of energy you might try it, you can get it at walmart I believe. If not maybe like a Wal-Greens or something like that. My mom gets it from the military exchange on post but I think she has also gotten it from walmart. It was and still is a great boost for me and my metablism just makes me feel energized.

You know what I have found? Anytime I have looked at the numbers and at the goal I slow down. If I look at doing what I am supposed to each day. One day at a time then the weight melts off.

Good luck. I know how you feel. I can't wait to see the 170s!

I know what you mean. I've been floating between 151 and 152 for 2 weeks. It's driving me crazy. I can't wait to get into the 140's. It's just a process. Kicking up your walking and water will do wonders. I am going to the gym after work today. We can do this!

Thank you guys for stopping by and leaving encouraging words. It really means a lot to know that there are others having or have gone through a similiar experience as me. Plateaus can be frustrated, but I am not going to let it be an excuse to become discouraged and give up.
