Hi I'm a newbie...I been on this site looking and searching the blogs. Wondering if I should get the band The doctor want me to lose weight for health reasons. So yesterday I took the first step and went to a consult. Hoping my insurance approve me, I am very inspired by you guys on how good you all look. I hope I get the same results just a little NERVOUS!

Hey Mrs Donna, I too am a newbie and waiting to get approved but my insurance requires me to do a 6 month diet to lose 10% of my body weight so for now I'm just waiting it out doing weight watchers. I hope you get approved!!

That 6 mos. will go by so quickly. Next thing you know you'll be lying in the hospital getting prep for surgery. I didn't loose the 10% (thats why we need the surgery). Hang in there.

Hey Jen my insurance is making me wait 6 months too. I also need to attend a weight lose program. Well good luck hope it will work out for you and me.
