I feel awesome already, I've lost 16 pounds. 8 on my pre-op and 8 since May 6th, my surgery day. I can see my face and neck again. I am walking better already. What's not to love? I'm on my full liquid diet now and loving it. I made a great decision when I decided on my Realize Band. I'm getting around pretty good too even though it's only been 6 days ago.

How was the first 5 days, please explain from the start after the surgery. thanks

congrats! i'm so glad i found someone that was banded on the same day. it is a lot more motivational to track how i am doing w/ someone that started the same time i did! i'm getting around pretty good too and just came home from the gym... light brisk walking on the threadmill and elliptical. keep up the great work!

I had surgery on May5th. I was in pain let me tell you, but nothing that was unbearable, I think the worst part was the gas pain after, when you burp it feels like it is coming from your toes....I am still on liquiteds, however I did try a little baked potato bite and it was ok, I found the hardest part was tryign to get all of my liquirds in, you fill up so faswt it is not even funny. I have lost 32 pounds already, I lost 9 pre-op so things are going well, my belly is still kind of bloated but I went back to work on Monday the 11th and I have been doing great, I can say that ever day is a super improvement from the next..I fell better and better ever passing day, I have my post op appointmnet on Thursday.......
