Plateau and need a fill
Well, I have officially stalled. I know I need a fill, but I am self pay and my hours have been cut back at work. I will have to find the money somewhere. I have come too far to fail now! Still have some restriction and I can't OVEREAT, but I need to get the rest of this weight off. I wish I had done this earlier in my life. So much money and effort and many years wasted on the wrong diets! I know I am on the right track, and with the good Lord's help, I will make it through!
