Now have 5.75mls in a 10ml APS band. Let's hope this reduces the amount I have been able to eat.

 

I've got stuck (and vomited) about 6 times so far. Four of those times were when I was stressed, so I know to be aware of that now.

 

Only lost 2 more pounds since my first fill 5 weeks ago. I know why too, so all that grazing shit has got to stop and I must get back to proper meals only. :smile2:
