This weekend was another birthday party. While I am careful to never exceed what I burn for the day, it is difficult. I only burned about 400 calories more then I ate.

 

Not a good start to the week, but I'm still hoping for the 3lb loss that gets me to the halfway point!!!!

 

I'm going to really have to bust some ass this week, hopefully work doesn't get in my way.
