Just started a thirty something thread...I wanted to start meeting people in my age bracket so we can get to know each other - I need friends! LOL

Also, I'd like to be able to look at the weight loss and issues that people close to my age have, think there might be some merit there.

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
