(I need to blog and get up to date) So I started my 2 week clear liquid diet and its hard. The first 3 days were the hardest but you have to keep in mind that you need to do this in order for surgery to go smooth and have little complications. Its hard but I made my own broths of chicken and beef, I ate sf popsicles but I got bored :thumbup: so I got fresh lime and added it to my broths to change the flavors and it made a difference :mellow: Positive attitude and support makes a big difference.

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
