hi. it is very painful at first it will get better soon. clear liquids are soup broth, jello, you can have pudding, that kind of stuff. a little ice cream the protein shakes, make sure u drink those for the nutrition. im in dallas by the way.

Sorry with regards to what to eat and what constitutes clears. I am a RN and it is still confusing so I can only image how lost you feel.
