As of yesterday i am a UK size 20 :w00t: in jeans, so that makes it im down 5 dress sizes, so i treated myself to a pair jeans & a fabulous sexy summer top (just need some sun to wear it, new watch, red wallet & red handbag.. :tt1:, seen some lovey red shoes.. & red i could never wear because of my size before, friends are telling me they are seeing a new woman & my DH loves the new me too :sneaky:

Hi Debbie

I have been watching your progress - I think you were one of the first photos that came up when I first joined LBT. What can I say but WOW!!! - You are doing so well. I am being banded mid April in Melbourne Australia, I can only hope that I do as well as you do. Do you have any advice that you can spare? I have started the Optifast early - so that I can get as much weight off before hand and I am walking every day. Anything else????
